This policy explains how SideDish Media Ltd (SDM, we, us or our) uses cookies and similar technologies on sidedishmedia.co.uk. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.

3.1 Webflow (strictly necessary): hosts our website and processes our forms.

3.3 Google Tag Manager (strictly necessary): a tool we use to manage the other tags on our website. It does not itself collect personal data, but it loads the analytics and marketing tags below only in line with your choices.

3.4 Google Analytics (analytics): measures how visitors use our website. It sets cookies such as _ga, which lasts for up to two years.

3.5 Google Ads (marketing): measures conversions from our Google advertising and supports remarketing. It sets cookies such as _gcl_au, which lasts for up to three months.

3.6 Meta Pixel (marketing): measures our Facebook and Instagram advertising and supports remarketing. It sets cookies such as _fbp, which lasts for up to three months.

3.7 WhatConverts (marketing): attributes enquiries and phone calls to the ads, searches or pages that led to them, and may show a tracking phone number on our website.

3.8 Leadsy (marketing): identifies businesses that visit our website and may provide us with business contact details, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

3.9 Local storage (strictly necessary): when you submit an enquiry form, our website briefly stores the details you entered in your browser so they can be shown on our thank-you page. They are deleted as soon as that page has loaded.

4. Managing your choices

4.1 When you first visit our website, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings option on our website.

4.2 You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of our website may not work properly.
